In particular, the authors attempt to convey the intuition behind many key supply chain concepts and to provide simple techniques that can be used to analyze various aspects of the supply chain. Topical coverage reflects the authors’ desire to introduce students to those aspects of supply chain management that are critical to the success of a business. Although many essential supply chain management issues are interrelated, the authors strive to make each chapter as self-contained as possible, so that the reader can refer directly to chapters covering topics of interest. 8種家中除臭有效對策！薑皮除砧板臭、暖暖包消鞋臭

【早安健康／黃馨瑶編譯】咖啡渣是好用的除臭用品，但若沒有咖啡渣，還有什麼東西可以除臭？以下統整日本生活網站所介紹的8種除臭好物，常見的洋蔥、暖暖包、花生殼都是居家除臭的好幫手，且許多東西都能廢物利用，下次丟進垃圾桶前，不妨先拿來除去家中臭味吧！

1.洋蔥消油漆臭味
房間重新粉刷，惱人的油漆味揮之不去嗎？美國哈芬登郵報〈Huffington Post〉指出，將洋蔥切半，在房間的左右2側各放一半的洋蔥，如此一來就能降低油漆臭味，且吸收油漆味的洋蔥，也不會使房間中充滿洋蔥的味道。

2.暖暖包放冰箱除臭
女性生理期時常用暖暖包，用完的暖暖包也是消臭一大幫手。暖暖包含有活性碳，活性碳具有消臭的功能，因此可將用完的暖暖包，放置於冰箱中，去除冰箱的臭味，也可放入鞋子中，消除鞋子的臭味。

3.花生殼除臭
根據日本國立醫藥品食品衛生研究所和千葉大學的研究發現，花生殼有許多細小的孔洞，能有效吸收甲醛。新裝潢的房子中，常有甲醛殘留，下次吃完花生後，不妨將花生殼搗碎，並用薄紙包起來，放在櫃子等想消臭或吸取有害物質的地方再利用。

4.薑皮除砧板臭味
砧板上的臭味，不只難聞，放著不管，還可能使細菌繁殖，想消除砧板臭味的人，不妨試試看生薑皮。薑本身就具有殺菌及除臭的功能，且皮效果比薑肉好。消臭方法簡單，只要蒐集薑皮，磨擦砧板即可。薑皮的纖維能清除砧板上的污垢，再加上殺菌和除臭功能，讓你不再煩惱砧板上的惱人氣味。

5.檸檬除漂白水臭味
漂白水雖然也是除臭好幫手，但漂白水的氣味若沾到手上，也讓人頭痛。漂白水是鹼性的物質，若想清除臭味，可以用酸性的醋或檸檬，塗抹漂白水沾過的地方，就能有效除去漂白水的臭味。

6.醋除家中寵物尿液臭味
寵物的尿液臭味來源是氨，氨是鹼性物質，可以用酸性的醋水〈1：1〉擦拭，去除尿液的氣味。若是尿液的污漬，則可用舊牙刷沾醋水清潔。雖然清潔時會有醋的味道，但乾燥後氣味就會自然消失，不需擔心。

若臭味及污漬是來自於寵物的肛門腺液，因屬弱酸性，可用鹼性的小蘇打粉清潔。

7.鹽＋醋消除鍋中臭味
在有氣味殘留的鍋子中，加水並放入1小匙的鹽巴及1大匙的醋，並開火使其沸騰數分鐘，結束後用普通方式清潔即可。清洗後可能會殘留醋的氣味，但放著醋味就會自然消失。

8.點火柴消除廁所臭味
廁所中的一大臭味來源是硫化氫，存在於糞便當中。在廁所點一根火柴，火柴上的硫磺會產生二氧化硫，二氧化硫碰上硫化氫，會成為硫磺和水，消除臭味。
